This country formal setting is relaxing, peaceful, and yet exciting to realize you are within yards or perhaps on the very ground of the Oregon Trail. You may view the same beautiful setting that those early settlers saw on their travels of the 1850''s and 60''s. The landscape around Barn Anew encompasses the use of the corrals, a loading shute, and also some very old implements that were used in farming and cattle feeding. There are some very old trees on the property that are stately and reference points from afar. Barn Anew Bed and Breakfast sets a couple of miles behind Scotts Bluff National Monument and the view of the "Bluff" is fantastic. The upstairs guest rooms are fashioned in Victorian antique decor, each with a private bath. You may choose your dining area to be in the "scenic" sun room or the more elegant formal dining room. The gourmet breakfast is served with fine crystal, on antique china, and by candle light; a very memorable experience. An upstairs leisure room is provided for TV viewing, board games, reading, or just relaxing on the deck.
